Key Features
- 28mm Bore – 30%+ Increased Airflow vs Stock: Large 28mm bore with round slide design increases intake airflow by over 30% compared to stock carburetors. Results in superior fuel atomisation, enhanced horsepower and torque at high RPMs, and improved top speed and acceleration on 150–190cc engines.
- Direct-Pull Slide – Instant Throttle Response: Direct-pull slide mechanism (pumper-style) eliminates vacuum-induced lag for instantaneous power delivery the moment the throttle is twisted. Offers sensitive response at low RPMs and strong power in the mid-to-high range for precise throttle control off-road and on track.
- Fully Tunable – Main Jets, Pilot Jets, Needle, Float Height: Comprehensive adjustability across all tunable parameters: main jets (#125–#150), pilot jets (#40–#50), jet needles (6.0–7.0), float height, and idle/mixture screws. Allows precise calibration for aftermarket exhausts, air filters, camshafts, and other modifications.
- 9.5cc Float Chamber – Stable Fuel Delivery Under Load: 9.5cc float chamber prevents fuel starvation and lean conditions during tilting or jumping manoeuvres, ensuring reliable performance for both off-road and track use.
- Aluminium Alloy Body – Durable and Wear-Resistant: Aluminium alloy body with precision-engineered slides and valve components. Highly resistant to wear and deformation for long-term stable performance in demanding conditions.
- Transparent Overflow and Drain Tubes – Easy Maintenance: Includes transparent overflow tube and drain tube for convenient maintenance and leak-free operation.
